Wyncom, Inc., a $40 million training and seminar company whose speakers include Dr. Stephen Covey (The Seven Habits of Highly Successful People) and Dr. Tom Peters, was growing rapidly but could not operate profitably.
Lee Katz and Tom Neitzel, operating as Wyncom's CEO and President, respectively, restructured the management team, created additional, quality programs to increase sales, and streamlined the Company's operations. Wyncom's events were spread out over the year to provide the Company with more stable and predictable cash flow.
After experiencing two years of losses totaling $8 million, Wyncom turned a $3.5 million profit, the highest in its corporate history.
