Harvey P. Mays - Atlanta, GA
Harvey P. MaysMr. H.P. Mays is a well-rounded crisis manager with 30 years of operations experience. Mays has worked in a variety of industries including aluminum smelting, recycling, wireless, transportation, battery manufacturing, mobile homes and after-market products for the automotive industry.

Having worked with Grisanti, Galef & Goldress, I, LLC since 1994, Mays has served a variety of clients in the manufacturing, distribution and service industries. His recent engagements include working as interim CFO for a rapidly-growing company which builds cellular phone towers, and working with a $100 million bank syndicate and their debtor, a distressed $500 million, public company based in the southeast.

Prior to working with GGG, Mr. Mays was General Manager of a large metal recycling operation, where he had full financial responsibility and oversaw 450 personnel. Additionally, H.P. was Executive Vice President of a retail decorative product operation, where he was responsible for all aspects of operations including finance and accounting, administration, lease negotiation and insurance. Mays also worked for 12 years as a Senior Vice President of an integrated secondary smelting and fabricated lead products company, where he was responsible for the company's southeastern and mid-west operations, and where he also developed a financial reporting system for senior management and the Board of Directors.

Mr. Mays began his career as an associate with Arthur Andersen & Company in Atlanta, working with a diversified group of manufacturing and service clients on integrated data processing activities related to cost accounting in manufacturing operations. His clients included Trend Industries, Delta Airlines, Retail Credit Corporation, and The Southern Company (Georgia Power).

Mr. Mays received a Master of Business Administration from Emory University, and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Cornell University.
